Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP BPC Business Planning and Consolidation Resource located in Bandra. The individual will be responsible for supporting business process improvements, managing SAP BPC implementations, and maintaining and updating SAP FICO systems. They will be expected to analyze data, ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data, and provide consulting support for the development and optimization of business functions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-departmental teams to achieve effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Process optimization and in-depth understanding of SAP BPC systems
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Consulting to provide effective solutions and support to business units
- Expertise in SAP FICO for financial consolidation and management processes
- Understanding of Master Data management, including accuracy and consistency of data
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
