Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using SAP BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources.
Integrate and support data flows between SAP BODS and SAP BW systems.
Perform data modeling, data cleansing, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data integration, mapping, and job execution.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and ETL design specifications.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects as needed.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all data processes.

Required Skills and Experience

810 years of hands-on experience with SAP BODS (Data Services).
Strong knowledge of SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and integration with BODS.
Experience in data extraction from SAP and non-SAP systems.
Proficiency in SQL and database concepts (MS SQL Server, HANA, etc.).
Strong understanding of ETL architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with performance optimization and job scheduling tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP BODS/BW certification preferred but not mandatory.
