SAP BODS

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) professional with 8-10 years of experience and a strong understanding of Greenfield Data Migration life cycle and phases. You will leverage your expertise in MS-SQL Server, Information Steward, LTMC/LTMOM, iDOC, and BAPI to implement S/4HANA Data Migration Projects. This role requires knowledge of cross-functional module integrations and the ability to participate in mock and test cycles, including cutover planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Greenfield Data migration projects, applying a strong understanding of the data migration life cycle and phases using SAP BODS.
• Work proficiently with MS-SQL Server, Information Steward, LTMC/LTMOM, iDOC, and BAPI for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Understand the integration/overlap/dependencies among cross-functional modules such as OTC (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), PM (Plant Maintenance), PP (Production Planning), FI (Financial Accounting), etc.
• Implement S/4HANA Data Migration Projects, either as a hands-on ETL developer or in an SAP functional module lead capacity.
• Participate actively across mock and test cycles, including test case preparation, defect fixing, and client communication.
• Contribute to and possess knowledge of cutover plan and activities involved in data migration projects.
• Design, develop, and optimize data migration objects and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data migration issues.

Skills Required:

• Good Understanding of Greenfield Data migration life cycle and phases using BODS.
• Proficiency with MS-SQL Server, Information Steward, LTMC/LTMOM, iDOC, BAPI.
• Knowledge of the integration/overlap/dependencies among cross-functional modules like OTC, P2P, PM, PP, FI, etc.
• Experience in implementing S/4HANA Data Migration Projects either as hands-on ETL developer or SAP functional module lead capacity.
• Ability to participate across mock and test cycles including test case preparation, defect fixing, client communication.
• Knowledge of cutover plan and activities involved.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data migration challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
