Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and visionary ..SAP Bill to Cash Process Consultant - Deputy Manager.. to join our dynamic SAP consulting team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Bill to Cash solutions while mentoring junior consultants and driving continuous process improvements. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and post-implementation support.

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Bill to Cash / Order to Cash (SD module and related components) solutions across diverse business environments
• Analyze business requirements with precision and translate them into comprehensive SAP functional specifications and technical designs
• Design scalable, innovative solutions that address global billing and invoicing requirements, including intercompany billing, output management, and e-invoicing capabilities
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business users, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
• Integrate SAP Bill to Cash processes with other modules (MM, FI, WM) and external systems (CRM, e-commerce platforms, Vertex)
• Create detailed functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects) and manage the full SAP lifecycle from planning through rollout
• Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring quality and compliance with business requirements
• Provide strategic post-go-live support and drive continuous process optimization initiatives
• Mentor, guide, and develop junior SAP consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
• Manage stakeholder relationships professionally, navigating interpersonal conflicts and contributing to effective solutions
• Communicate assertively and transparently to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making across all project phases
• Document processes, enhancements, and project artifacts with meticulous attention to detail
• Stay current with SAP best practices, emerging technologies (S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud solutions), and industry trends

Qualifications

..Required Skills & Experience:..

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD / Bill to Cash experience in both R/3 and S/4 environments
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP SD business processes with strong emphasis on billing and invoicing, intercompany billing, output management using Adobe Forms and Smart Forms, and e-invoicing solutions
• Proven experience with full SAP lifecycle implementations, including planning, scoping, design, testing, implementation, and support
• Strong understanding of EDI, IDocs, and third-party system interfaces
• Practical experience with S/4HANA global templates and integration with Vertex
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with emotional intelligence
• Experience in change management and process optimization initiatives

• SAP SD certification
• Experience leading global SAP rollouts and implementations
• Familiarity with SAP tools and platforms such as MFALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and ServiceNow
• Background in budget and resource management
• Experience with advanced billing scenarios and regulatory compliance requirements
