Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis professional with expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP system administration and be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP landscape.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor SAP Basis system performance and availability.
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and manage SAP security and user administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and data consistency.
- Provide support for SAP landscape and system architecture design.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and its services.
- Experience with SAP HANA database management and administration.
- Proficient in system performance tuning and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with transport management system (TMS) and change management processes.
- Knowledge of SAP security concepts and user roles management.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
