The Role:
Lead: Manage a team of 1015 consultants in a 24/7 shift environment.
Technical: End-to-end Basis support, HANA tuning, system refreshes, and kernel upgrades.
Execution: Oversee Incident/Change Management and HA/DR strategies.
Key Requirements:
68 years of relevant SAP Basis experience.
Proficiency in SAP HANA, ABAP/JAVA stacks, and Unix/Linux/Windows.
Strong leadership, communication, and ITIL framework knowledge.
