Experience :4-8 years

NP : Immediate to 60 days
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must Have:
- Mandatory exposure to SAP IS-U SAP S/4HANA system migration / conversion activities
(at least one full conversion cycle Sandbox / DEV / QAS /PROD)
- Strong understanding of technical system conversion steps including:
- SAP Readiness Check 2.0
- Simplification Item List analysis (Basis scope)
- SUM-based system conversion
- Experience in pre-conversion and post-conversion Basis activities.
- Knowledge of SAP RISE (SaaS) shared responsibility model.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration for SAP ABAP and JAVA systems along with Experience in SUM / SWPM / SAINT / SPAM
- Strong OS-level administration skills on UNIX along with HANA database.

- Strong ownership mindset with end-of-the-end responsibility for SAP Basis activities
- Ability to work under pressure in production-critical and incident-driven environments
- Clear and effective communication with technical teams and client stakeholders
- Flexibility to support on-call, weekend or shift-based work

- High discipline in documentation and process adherence
