Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain SAP BASIS components across SAP landscapes
Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade activities for SAP systems
Monitor system performance, availability, and troubleshoot issues
Manage SAP HANA database environments and support optimization activities
Handle system refresh, client copy, transport management, and patches
Ensure system security, user administration, and role management
Work on performance tuning and system health checks
Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation of system configurations and support activities
