Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead discussions with customers on SAP Basis issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor and tune applications for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with customers and offshore teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Ensure 100% application availability and uptime.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in application monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
