Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated SAP BASIS Junior Consultant with 25 years of experience, particularly having a minimum of 3 years in core BASIS administration. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SAP fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining optimal system performance. This position will provide hands-on experience in managing SAP environments and deliver essential technical support under senior supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
As an SAP BASIS Junior Consultant, your core duties will involve supporting day-to-day operations of SAP systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting system refreshes and monitoring system performance.
- Handling L1/L2 incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
- Executing basic troubleshooting across OS, Database, and SAP levels.
- Providing shift coverage and escalation support as needed.
- Collaborating with and learning from senior team members for personal and professional growth.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
- Proficiency in BAU activities including monitoring and patching.
- Experience in incident handling (L1/L2 levels).
- Basic troubleshooting skills relevant to OS, DB, and SAP environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow guidance from senior colleagues.
