JOB Description:
MUST HAVE:
- Archiving financial data and config.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage and maintain SAP Basis support services.
- Configure, implement, and optimize SAP systems.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases,
- Tune capacity and performance.
- Comply with SLAs and QA requirements.
- Develops and maintains know-how on the ERP Basis systems and processes applied in the area.
- Work with functional teams and the architecture team to determine best practices for future landscapes.
- Create, review, update and maintain standard operational procedure documentation relating to SAP application support processes.
- Participating in implementation of new projects and in changes of existing solutions.
- Improve and design new solutions, components, and processes.
- Providing operational expertise for solution and component design, optimization, changes and problem resolution.
- Identifying and analyzing potential areas for improvement of SAP systems (pro-active problem management) and delivering continuous improvement.
- Experience on SAP Analytics Cloud, Rev-Trac tool, Cloud knowledge/experience is good.
- Analyzing HANA administration and performance issues, BWoH, S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP PO admin, Solution Manager FRUN.
