Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Responding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.

2Hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle . Perform oracle administration task.

3Hands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts

4Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components

5Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and production)

6Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.

7Manager interfaces and 3rd connectivity to SAP

8Configure and manage SAP printers

9Hands-on experience in Managing JAVA stack.

10 Solution manager configuration & Maintenance
