Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and manage SAP systems & HANA databases
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across SAP landscapes
Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patching, and transport management
Handle backup and recovery processes efficiently
Manage database operations (SAP HANA; Sybase/MaxDB is a plus)
Implement and support ChaRM (Change Request Management) in SAP Solution Manager
Handle end-to-end change management lifecycle:
Creation
Approval
Testing
Deployment
Troubleshoot ChaRM-related issues and manage retrofit scenarios
Ensure audit compliance and governance standards
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS
Proficiency in SAP HANA Database
Experience in ChaRM Implementation & Support
Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
Excellent communication and professional attitude ]
