The scope of work includes 24*7, End to end basis support.

Broadly includes:

End to end basis support for all BAU operational tasks (Infra Basis (clients 000), Application basis (Productive Client) & DB support for the application in scope)
Monitoring
ITGC controls/report generation (Sharing evidence)
Value additions (CSI's)
Support for projects - major upgrades, SAP Installation etc.
