Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in SAP Basis administration.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and landscapes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage user access and security settings in SAP.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required.
- Collaborate with functional teams to support SAP applications and projects.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery processes for SAP systems.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, HANA, SQL Server).
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and infrastructure.
- Experience with SAP installation and configuration processes (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
