We are looking for a passionate and motivated SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the SAP environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain SAP systems including SAP HANA, ECC, and S/4HANA.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage transports and system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Implement and manage SAP security and authorizations.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with development and functional teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in the migration of SAP systems to cloud environments.
- Document processes and maintain system documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SAP architecture and components.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
