Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant

Job Position: Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (preferred)

Overview:

We are looking for a senior SAP Basis professional with strong expertise in SAP ABAP, JAVA troubleshooting, and SAP HANA. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and database troubleshooting. This position demands flexibility with shifts, including night and weekend work, to meet the needs of our 24/7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP and JAVA applications.
• Oversee SAP installation, upgrade, and configuration tasks.
• Handle SAP HANA database installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage SAP environment across Linux & Windows-based systems.
• Work with on-premise systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Mandatory Skills (50% of Skillset):

1. Strong expertise in SAP ABAP and JAVA troubleshooting
2. In-depth experience in SAP installation and upgrades
3. Solid understanding of SAP HANA database installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
4. Strong proficiency with Linux OS for SAP Basis
5. Extensive experience with on-premise SAP systems management

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional, 10-25% of Skillset):

1. Knowledge of Sybase and MaxDB
2. Familiarity with Solution Manager basic configurations
3. Experience with Application and Database clustering
4. Hands-on experience with SLT, SDA, SDI, BTP
5. Experience with IBP
6. Familiarity with Cockpit
7. Knowledge of SAP modules including SAP MES, TM, EWM, MDG, Fiori
8. Experience in configuring SSO using Kerberos and SAML
