Job Description

We are looking for anSAP BASIS Consultantwith strong experience inHANA Databaseandany Cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)for asupport role. The ideal candidate should be skilled in system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and providing round-the-clock support.

Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BASIS environments.
Perform system monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
Manage SAP system refresh, kernel upgrades, and patch management.
Handle SAP HANA database administration, backup, and recovery.
Support SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Participate in 247 rotational shifts and resolve incidents within SLAs.

Requirements:

712 years of experience in SAP BASIS support.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA DB administration.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Good understanding of OS (Linux/Windows) and network basics.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
