Job Title : SAP Ariba Technical & Solution Architect (Next-Gen Ariba)

Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced SAP Ariba Technical & Solution Architects to support large-scale Next-Gen Ariba migration and procurement transformation programs for a leading MNC client. The role involves independent ownership of solution design, functional migration, client advisory, testing, and go-live support across multiple SAP Ariba modules.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design :
- Lead customer workshops to understand business requirements and document existing SAP Ariba configurations.
- Analyze the current Ariba landscape including Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, and Catalogs.
- Perform detailed fit-gap analysis between current-state configurations and Next-Gen Ariba capabilities.
- Design target procurement processes, approval workflows, and control frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Configuration & Functional Migration
- Prepare configuration workbooks, solution design documents, migration design documents, and mapping templates.
- Lead functional migration activities covering suppliers, users, roles, catalogs, workflows, and parameters.
- Work closely with technical and engineering teams to validate data mappings, transformation logic, and workflow outputs.
- Support supplier enablement and onboarding during migration phases.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop functional test scenarios, test cases, and UAT scripts for migrated Ariba solutions.
- Support and guide customer testing cycles including workflow validation, approval testing, and end-to-end process walkthroughs.
- Perform data reconciliation and resolve functional defects identified during testing.
Cutover & Go-Live Support
- Lead cutover planning and execution activities including configuration finalization and readiness assessments.
- Ensure customer readiness and alignment for go-live.
- Provide hypercare and post-go-live functional support to stabilize the solution.
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted functional advisor to clients on Next-Gen Ariba features, changes, and best practices.
- Recommend process redesign and procurement transformation opportunities.
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Documentation & Training
- Create customer-facing solution documentation including configuration summaries, migration guides, and process documents.
- Develop training materials and support end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Strong hands-on experience in Next-Gen Ariba functional modules.
- Proven experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and procurement transformation initiatives.
- Excellent client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in global, multi-stakeholder environments.
