We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba and S4HANA Consultant with 7-11 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, along with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba and S4HANA solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively analyze client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba and S4HANA solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP Ariba and S4HANA modules to meet client needs and improve business processes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Ariba and S4HANA applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and integrity during upgrades and new implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration with other systems.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba and S4HANA features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-11 years of experience in SAP Ariba and S4HANA consulting or implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules such as Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, and Invoicing.
- Experience with S4HANA functionalities, including Financials, Logistics, and Analytics.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications to align with business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- SAP certifications in Ariba and S4HANA are highly desirable.
