SAP Ariba Consultant
5-8 years, remote,
Primary Skills: SAP Ariba CIG SAP ECC/S4HANA
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
Lead and support full-cycle implementation projects across SAP Ariba
modules (Sourcing, Procurement, P2P, Contracts, Supplier Management,
Guided Buying, etc.).
Configure Ariba functional areas, workflows, approval processes, master data,
and integration touchpoints.
Conduct system design workshops, GAP analysis, and solution mapping.
Client Interaction & Delivery
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate
them into functional specifications.
Provide expert recommendations and best practices for optimizing
procurement processes.
Support UAT, SIT, end-user training, and go-live activities.
Integration & Technical Coordination
Work with SAP Ariba integration frameworks (CIG, PI/PO, APIs) and
coordinate with technical teams for seamless deployment.
Troubleshoot interface issues and coordinate with SAP support as required.
Maintenance & Support
Provide Hypercare and ongoing support for SAP Ariba solutions.
Handle change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
58 years of experience working as an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant.
Strong hands-on expertise in at least two or more Ariba modules (Sourcing,
Contracts, P2P, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, Guided Buying, Ariba Network).
In-depth understanding of procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier lifecycle processes.
Experience with SAP Ariba CIG and integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
Ability to create functional specs, process documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
SAP Ariba Certification is an added advantage
