Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP Ariba S2C Consultant with hands-on experience in Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Risk Management modules. The role involves providing technical and functional support to customers and enabling efficient implementation and operation of SAP Ariba solutions.

Mandatory Skills

SAP Ariba S2C (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Risk Management)

Strong understanding of SAP Ariba application and business processes

Experience in resolving technical and functional issues impacting customer operations

Good to Have

SAP Ariba Support experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions to technical and functional issues affecting customer business processes
• Deliver real-time customer support through SAP support channels (phone/chat)
• Assist customers in implementing and operating SAP Ariba solutions efficiently
• Support SAP Ariba P2O processes
