SAP-Ariba Quality Assurance (QA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SAP-Ariba QA Resource to join our QA team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of

our SAP Ariba solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation and

ongoing maintenance of SAP Ariba applications, ensuring that they meet the highest

standards of functionality and usability.

Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Strategy:

o Collaborate with development and functional teams to understand project

requirements and design comprehensive test plans and strategies for SAP

Ariba implementations.

o Identify test scenarios, data requirements, and testing environments.

2. Test Execution:

o Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of SAP Ariba

applications to identify defects and ensure proper functionality.

o Execute manual to validate system behavior and ensure requirements are

met.

o Good to have experience in executing test scripts using TOSCA.

3. Defect Management:

o Identify, document, and prioritize defects using established defect tracking

tools.

o Work closely with development teams to provide detailed defect reports and

assist in their resolution.

4. Test Data Management:

o Develop and maintain test data sets that accurately simulate real-world

scenarios for testing purposes.

o Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive test

data.

5. Test Documentation:

o Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test execution

reports.

o Generate test summary reports that highlight testing results and provide

insights to stakeholders.

6. Collaboration:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business

analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment on testing objectives

and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of SAP Ariba modules (Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, Ariba

Supplier Network and Invoice Processing), processes, and workflows.

Knowledge of SAP ERP/S4 systems and integration testing is beneficial.

Proficiency in creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.

Ability to identify, isolate, and document defects effectively.

Familiarity with testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and defect tracking

systems.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
