Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, overseeing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for using Ariba solutions to enhance supplier management and procurement efficiency.
  • Train and support end-users on Ariba functionalities, ensuring a seamless adoption of the platform across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Develop and manage documentation, including training materials, process guidelines, and system configurations.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • experience in SAP Ariba implementation, customization, and support.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules such as Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, and Contract Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Project management experience, preferably with certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
