Role: SAP Ariba Functional Consultant
Location: Pune/Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
Sr. Functional Analyst (with Ariba Experience)
SAP MM & SCM:
- Lead configuration and implementation of SAP MM and SCM modules.
- Analyze and optimize procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, PP, and FICO.
- Manage data migration, system enhancements, and performance tuning.
SAP Ariba:
- Implement and support SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle).
- Integrate Ariba with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Drive supplier enablement and catalog management processes.
- Monitor and resolve Ariba-related incidents and enhancements.
Functional Leadership:
- Conduct business requirement workshops and blueprinting sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Lead UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
- Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business, or IT.
- 14+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in MM, SCM, and Ariba.
- Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations and global rollouts.
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, ALE, EDI, PI/PO).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP Ariba Certification
- SAP MM/SCM Certification
- PMP or Agile/Scrum Certification
