Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Ariba solutions along with exposure to integrated planning ecosystems including SAP APO/IBP and S/4HANA.
This role focuses on optimizing procurement and supply chain workflows, improving data accuracy, and ensuring seamless integration across planning and procurement platforms. The candidate should possess strong application support capabilities and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Ariba solutions (P2P / S2P).
- Configure and manage Ariba modules such as:
- Buying & Invoicing , Sourcing, Contracts
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Design and optimize procurement and sourcing processes aligned with business goals.
- Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA and other planning systems using CIG.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to align procurement with demand and supply planning processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and availability across procurement and planning systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support testing activities (SIT, UAT) and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Ariba.
- Proven expertise in P2P and S2P processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP).
Working knowledge of:
- SAP APO / IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- EBW (Enterprise Business Warehouse) or similar data platforms
- Strong understanding of supply and demand planning processes.
- Experience in system integration across procurement and planning landscapes.
- Familiarity with project and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
