We are looking for
Sr SAP Ariba Consultant with experience in
Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC).
Your Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) modules, including Forecast Collaboration, Quality Collaboration, VMI, and other addon components.
- Manage and support CIG integration between SAP Business Network, Ariba applications, and backend ERP systems to ensure flawless document flow and process automation.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and participate in solution design for SCC and sourcing processes.
- Provide strong functional support across Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, including Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Ariba SCC and procurementrelated functional issues with timely rootcause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support endtoend procurement processes such as PO, ASN, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Collaboration, ensuring accurate integration with crossfunctional modules.
- Lead supplier onboarding activities to the Ariba Network, ensuring smooth connectivity, compliance, and successful supplier adoption.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional and technical teams on enhancements, integration issues, testing, and process improvements.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and assist in preparing training materials, documentation, and user guides.
- Drive continuous process optimization and support new capability rollouts aligned with business goals.
MustHave Skills
Your Experience and Skills:
- Strong handson experience in SAP Ariba SCC processes, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancements across Forecast, Quality, VMI, and related modules.
- Expertise in CIG integration for SAP Business Network and Ariba applications.
- Working knowledge and implementation experience in Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
- Deep understanding of supply chain collaboration scenarios and procurement workflows.
NicetoHave Skills
- Knowledge of Ariba Buying and Invoicing (P2P) processes.
- Experience with Guided Buying and Ariba Catalog Management.
- Strong understanding of endtoend procurement lifecycle: PO, ASN, GR, Invoice Collaboration, and crossmodule integration.
- Experience troubleshooting complex Ariba SCC issues and supporting highvolume transactional environments.
- Supplier Enablement and Ariba Network onboarding experience.
Preferred Background
- 6-10+ years of experience in SAP Ariba with at least 2-3 years focused on Ariba SCC.
- Experience working in global delivery environments across multiple regions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Prior experience in largescale implementations, AMS/support projects, or multimodule Ariba landscapes is an advantage.
