SAP Ariba Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Ariba Consultant to lead client engagements and implement solutions across various Ariba modules. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective SAP Ariba solutions, configuring systems, and integrating them with SAP ERP. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Ariba modules and strong collaboration skills to provide ongoing support and ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementations and support projects for SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions.
• Configure and optimize Ariba modules to align with business processes and best practices.
• Integrate Ariba solutions with SAP ECC or S/4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) or other middleware tools.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning after go-live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation.
• Support supplier onboarding and all Ariba Network-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.
• Experience with Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG or CI9 integration.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and lead solution discussions.
• SAP Ariba certification is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Working knowledge of change management and end-user training is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
