Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP APM Consultant with strong expertise in Agent Performance Management (formerly Callidus ICM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and a deep understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in SAP Agent Performance Management (APM)
• Handle end-to-end implementation of SAP APM / Callidus ICM projects
• Configure and manage compensation plans, incentives, and commission structures
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand SPM requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data integration, validation, and performance optimization
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts for data processing and reporting
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APM (Callidus ICM)
• Strong experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM)
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP APM implementations
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, DataStage, or SSIS
• Knowledge of Python
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
