We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Analytics Lead to drive the implementation, governance, and evolution of enterprise-wide analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of SAC capabilitiesincluding planning, reporting, dashboarding, predictive analytics.
As the SAC Analytics Lead, the role will partner with business stakeholders, SAP functional leads, and data teams to design and deliver analytics that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, including data modeling, dashboard/report design, planning models, and predictive features.
- Translate business needs into technical analytics solutions and provide expert guidance on SAC best practices.
- Architect and manage live and import data connections from SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, and other data sources.
- Drive the development of interactive dashboards, KPI reports, and self-service analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAC developers and business analysts; provide code reviews, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure data security, performance optimization, and governance in SAC implementations.
- Collaborate with enterprise data architects and BI teams to define semantic layers, data models, and integration patterns.
- Stay updated on SAP Analytics Cloud roadmap and recommend adoption of new features (e.g., augmented analytics, smart insights, SAC Planning).
- Support change management, end-user training, and documentation to maximize solution adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, including 3+ years in SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- SAC story and dashboard development
- Data modeling, wrangling, and blending
- Live and import connections (e.g., to SAP HANA, BW, S/4HANA, OData)
- Familiarity with SAC scripting (JavaScript) and Advanced Calculations.
- Excellent understanding of data visualization principles, UI/UX design, and analytics storytelling.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience with SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or SAP BTP integration
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, R integration, or SAP AI Core/AI Launchpad
- Experience in industries such as Professional services
