Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to lead technical design, development, and governance for SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple geographies. This role will play a critical part in delivering scalable, high-quality, and compliant solutions aligned with Clean Core principles, SAP BTP extensibility, and Fiori-based user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP ABAP & S/4HANA Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end ABAP development for SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Develop solutions using ABAP Objects, CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and RAP framework.

- Ensure optimal performance and clean code practices.

2. SAP Fiori & UX Development

- Lead SAP Fiori app development (Fiori Elements and freestyle apps).

- Support Fiori launchpad configuration, catalogs, groups, and authorizations.

3. SAP BTP & Clean Core Methodology

- Design and implement extensions using SAP BTP following Clean Core principles.

- Drive in-app and side-by-side extensibility strategies.

- Ensure upgrade-safe solutions with minimal core modifications.

4. Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration

- Support integration with SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, PP, and QM.

- Develop and support interfaces using OData, APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware.

5. Development Standards & Governance

- Define and enforce ABAP development standards and code reviews.

- Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and audit requirements.

6. Project & Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor ABAP developers.

- Coordinate with system integrators and functional leads.

- Support cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1315 years of SAP ABAP experience in regulated environments.

- 23 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong expertise in ABAP OO, CDS, OData, and Fiori.

- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Clean Core methodology.

- Experience in global SAP rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with RAP framework.

- Exposure to SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, Workflow).

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
