Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years in SAP ABAP development, with at least 4 years in a Technical Architect or Lead capacity.

Supply Chain Business Acumen: A deep functional understanding of core supply chain business processes is mandatory. You must be able to confidently discuss and design solutions within SD, MM, and EWM.

Architectural Mindset: A demonstrated ability to architect and build innovative solutions from the ground up, not just enhance existing ones.

Core ABAP Expertise: Mastery of modern Object-Oriented (OO) ABAP, the complete range of RICEF-W objects, and advanced enhancement/modification techniques (BAdIs, Enhancement Spots).

S/4HANA Proficiency: Hands-on experience with S/4HANA development, including CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and command technical respect.

Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
