Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Lead Consultant with strong hands-on experience in APO and IBP RTI (Real-Time Integration) scenarios. The candidate should be capable of leading technical development streams, working closely with functional and integration teams, and guiding offshore/onsite teams through complex design and development challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ABAP development efforts across APO and IBP RTI integration use cases.
- Design, develop, and optimize custom code related to CIF (Core Interface), DP, SNP, and PPDS in APO.
- Work on integration frameworks between S/4HANA, IBP, and APO, with deep understanding of Real-Time Integration (RTI) architecture.
- Manage the delivery of RICEFW objects across planning and supply chain modules.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and design.
- Lead code reviews, enforce clean-core principles, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of SAP ABAP experience with strong exposure to APO (DP, SNP, PPDS) and IBP RTI.
- Strong hands-on experience in CIF enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, Function Modules, and Web Services.
- Knowledge of IDoc, OData, SOAP/REST APIs, and integration via CPI preferred.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
