Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Workflow / ABAP Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience for a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) engagement. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting SAP Workflow solutions integrated with ABAP in complex SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance SAP Business Workflows using ABAP

Develop and customize workflow templates, tasks, events, and rules

Strong experience in ABAP programming (Reports, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, BAPI, RFC)

Debug and resolve issues in workflow runtime and ABAP programs

Work with Business Object Repository (BOR) and Class-based workflows

Integrate workflows with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or PM

Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements

Perform unit testing, documentation, and support during UAT and production

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Workflow

Expertise in Classical & Class-Based Workflows

Good knowledge of OO ABAP

Experience with Enhancements, BADI, User Exits

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have

Experience with S/4HANA workflows

Knowledge of Fiori / UI5 workflow integration

Exposure to BRF+

SAP ABAP / Workflow certification
