Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in S/4 HANA to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing ABAP programs to enhance our SAP systems and support our business processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and efficiency.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new functionalities in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ABAP environment as they arise.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices in ABAP programming.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in ABAP development, specifically within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.
- Strong understanding of the SAP architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming language including object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts related to SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging tools in ABAP.
- Experience in using SAP Solution Manager for change management and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
