Key Skills:

Strong experience in SAP ABAP

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA systems

JD:

Minimum qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Technical and 5 years as architect
• At least 3 full cycle SAP implementation with atleast 2 S/4 Hana conversion (ECC to S4)
• Expertise in ABAP and ABAP OO Coding, Reports, Module Pool, Enhancements, Workflow, ALE IDocs, ABAP on Hana (ABAP CDS, AMDP) is must
• Define technical conversion strategy using tools such as:

1. SAP S/4HANA
2. SAP Readiness Check
3. SAP Software Update Manager
4. SAP Simplification Item Catalog

• Expertise in SQL Integration technologies : ABAP Proxy (SOAP Service) , Standard and Custom IDOCs, RFCs, OData.
• Drive custom code remediation using ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit).
• Lead SPAU/SPDD strategy and retrofit planning.
• CVI, and data consistency validations.
• Architect HANA DB migration and performance optimization.
• Architect Fiori strategy using:

1. SAP Fiori
2. SAP Gateway (Embedded)

• Define data volume management strategy.
• Oversee development teams on Clean Core & S/4HANA best practices
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts in S/4.

Additional/Good to have Qualifications:

• Experience in Retail / IS-Retail / MM / Finance conversion (preferred for retail organizations).
• Guide embedded analytics using CDS & analytical queries.
• Understanding of one or more functional domains (CAR / SD / FI )
• Expertise in Performance technique/SAP Performance tools
• Good working experience and understanding of Agile tools like JIRA
