Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
SAP ABAP on HANA Developer with 37 years of strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, HANA capabilities, and extensibility frameworks. The ideal candidate must have deep technical expertise in WRICEF components, modern ABAP development using ADT, and strong exposure to RAP-based extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP.
- Design and implement WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Develop OData Services (SEGW + Annotation-based, V2 & V4).
- Work on In-App and Side-by-Side Extensions using BTP Services and API Management.
- Implement Cloud BADIs, Kernel BADIs, and classical enhancements such as Function Exits, VOFM routines, and substitutions.
- Develop and support interfaces: SOAP Web Services, API-based services, IDoc, and Proxy.
- Ensure clean-core compliant development following SAP best practices.
- Work on Flexible Workflows, output management, and Adobe forms (good to have).
- Collaborate with functional consultants, client teams, and IBM teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Perform complex debugging including update debugging and system debugging.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
