SAP ABAP Lead / Solution Architect / Manager
Experience Required:
- Total Experience: 1030 years
- SAP Experience: Minimum 10 years
- SAP Implementation Experience: At least 45 end-to-end implementations
- SAP Consulting Experience: Significant exposure (mention years explicitly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP ABAP development teams across multiple projects.
- Design and implement complex SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP ABAP development, performance tuning, and integration.
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, documentation, and solution architecture.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, including Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
- Proven track record of 45 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Excellent understanding of SAP modules integration and custom development.
- Strong consulting experience with client-facing roles.
- Ability to lead large teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP certifications (ABAP, S/4HANA) preferred.
