- Provide SAP ABAP development, support, and enhancement services for implementation and maintenance projects.
- Work on interfaces, reports, enhancements, Smartforms, Scripts, BAPIs, and RFCs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure timely support and month-end activities.
- Provide on-call support and work in different shifts aligned with Singapore, Middle East, and Dubai regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, debug, and maintain ABAP programs for reports, BDC, Smartforms, and Scripts.
- Handle interface development (IN/OUT, file-based interfaces, IDOCs).
- Manage BAPIs, RFCs, and job scheduling, including failure handling and error resolution.
- Implement enhancements and support system modifications as required.
- Support month-end activities in coordination with functional teams.
- Participate in at least one implementation project.
- Work with overseas customers, preferably in Eastern countries.
- Follow regional work calendars (Singapore: MonFri, Middle East: SunThu).
- Work in flexible shifts (7:30 AM 4:30 PM IST or 1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST) as per roster.
- Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Required Qualifications:
- 68 years of SAP ABAP experience in implementation and support.
- Strong debugging skills; experience with advanced debugger preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP SD/MM processes is preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate analytical skills.
- Strong team player with good attitude and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting overseas customers.
- Experience in handling month-end activities and critical system support.
- Ability to adapt to multiple shifts and regional work calendars.
