SAP ABAP HR

Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP HR Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming specifically tailored to the Human Resources module, contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP HR applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for HR module.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HR applications.
• Enhance existing HR applications and implement new functionalities as required.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities for SAP HR solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on HR module.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR data structures and processes.
• Proficient in ABAP programming language and development tools (SE80, SE38, etc.).
• Experience with SAP HR reporting tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM functionalities such as payroll, time management, and personnel administration.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
