We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP HR Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in SAP HCM/HR and Payroll. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP along with a good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR applications, payroll functionalities, interfaces, reports, and forms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and support SAP ABAP solutions within the SAP HCM/HR module.
Work on payroll-related developments, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Design and develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting of SAP HR and Payroll applications.
Configure and support HR payroll processes in collaboration with functional consultants.
Develop and maintain payroll-related objects including:
Infotypes
Payroll Schemas
Payroll Functions
PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
PA30 / PA40 transactions
Other HR and Payroll-related transactions
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.
Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Hands-on experience in SAP HR/HCM module.
Good understanding of SAP Payroll processes.
Strong experience with:

Payroll Schema
Functions
PCRs
PA30 / PA40
Payroll-related transactions
Experience in ABAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and debugging.
Knowledge of SAP HR master data and payroll processing.
