- 8+ years of experience in software development with expertise in ABAP HR module.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies such as Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, Oops Concepts
- Good knowledge on SAP HANA and BTP framework.
- Good domain expertise in HR and Payroll domains.
- Hands on experience on Object Oriented ABAP, Interface Programming and Reports
- Ability to create Global classes and methods based on client requirement
- Strong knowledge on Payroll
- Strong debugging skills
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations
- Proven experience in writing and validating technical specifications
- Strong logical and analytical abilities along with problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
