SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR ABAP development, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ABAP programming within SAP HR modules and should be capable of handling complex development, integration, and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development with SAP HCM/HR modules
• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HR ABAP objects including:
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms
• Workflows
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects (OOPs ABAP)
• Experience in developing and debugging:
• User Exits
• Customer Exits
• BAdIs
• Enhancements
• BAPIs
• RFCs
• Strong understanding of SAP HR modules:
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll (PY)
• Experience working with HR infotypes and HR logical databases:
• PNP
• PNPCE
• Hands-on experience in:
• HR ABAP reports
• Payroll-related developments
• Data migration/conversion programs
• Interfaces using IDOCs, RFC, and web services
• Experience with SAP HCM integrations and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of SAP enhancement framework
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and provide technical solutions
• Experience in production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning
