Job Summary:

The SAP ABAP Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining custom programs and solutions within the SAP environment using ABAP programming language. This role works closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to design technical specifications, deliver enhancements, and support existing SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP programming language
• Create custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (RICEF objects)
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements
• Optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and efficiency
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP development standards
• Debug and resolve technical issues in SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, HR, etc.)
• Develop and maintain SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms
• Work on enhancements using user exits, BADIs, and enhancement spots
• Support SAP upgrades, patching, and technical migrations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Proficiency in RICEF development and ABAP Objects (OOP)
• Experience with SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
• Good knowledge of performance tuning and debugging techniques
• Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, or HCM
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
