Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP Development.
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key technical and functional decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior professionals in the team.
  • Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the teams skill set.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SAP ABAP Development.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency inSAP ABAP Development.
  • Strong understanding ofSAP modulesand theirintegration.
  • Experience in developingcustom reports,interfaces, andenhancements.
  • Knowledge ofSAP development toolsandmethodologies.
  • Expertise indebuggingandperformance tuningof SAP applications.
