Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with 36 years of experience, including hands-on exposure to the RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) model. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ABAP development and a good understanding of modern SAP architectures, especially in S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support SAP applications using ABAP on S/4HANA
- Design and build applications using the RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
- Work on CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Core ABAP (Reports, ALV, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements)
- Hands-on experience with RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model)
- Good knowledge of CDS Views, OData Services, and Fiori integration
- Experience working with S/4HANA
- Understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
- Familiarity with AMDP and performance optimization techniques
