Title- SAP ABAP Developer

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
• Optimize and enhance existing ABAP code for performance improvements.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP applications.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, ALV reporting, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, BDCs, and Smart Forms.
• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, HR, or others.
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and integration points.
• Familiarity with SAP enhancement frameworks (user exits, BADIs, enhancement points).
• Experience with SAP workflow development and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP certification in ABAP development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and CDS views.
• Understanding of SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, OData, Web Services).
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
