Job Description (JD):
Location:Delhi / Kolkata / Bangalore (Hybrid mode, remote flexibility)
Working Hours:Approx. 2:30 PM 10:30 PM IST (partial US time zone overlap)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP objects across multiple functional workstreams.
- Work on standard and custom development including RICEF/RICEFW, OData services, CDS Views, AMDP, Workflow, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Forms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms).
- Participate in ABAP Factory delivery model: receive work packets, deliver code, unit-test results, and documentation.
- Collaborate with onsite coordinators and client teams in US time zone.
- Resolve defects, conduct performance tuning, and support integration testing cycles.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and client coding standards.
Required Experience:
- SAP ABAP HANA development experience.
- Strong expertise in RICEF/RICEFW, OO-ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, Data Dictionary Objects.
- S/4HANA ABAP: CDS Views, OData, AMDP. UI5 exposure is a plus.
- Offshoreonsite model experience preferred.
- Ability to work with global teams in structured delivery processes.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- SAP UI5 / Fiori development
- SAP BTP environment exposure
- Workflow development
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies
- Experience in large enterprise transformations
