We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with S4 HANA expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development, particularly in S4 HANA implementations. The role involves leading junior team members and independently managing technical specifications and development tasks. This is a hybrid role, offering opportunities in multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurugram, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP ABAP development projects in S4 HANA environments.
- Guide and mentor 1-2 junior team members, overseeing their development work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand technical requirements.
- Design and develop technical specifications (TechSpec) and independently build objects based on business requirements.
- Provide development expertise in at least 3 of the 6 WRICEF areas (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
- Contribute to successful S4 HANA implementation and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical deliverables.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing programs and solutions as per business needs.
- Ensure compliance with SAP development guidelines and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with exposure to S4 HANA implementations.
- Proficiency in at least 3 out of 6 WRICEF components (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and oversight.
- Expertise in designing technical specifications (TechSpec) and independently developing solutions.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
