We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and reports
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP programs
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of developments
- Optimize existing code for performance improvements
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language
- Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FICO
- Proficiency in developing reports, forms, and interfaces using ABAP
- Familiarity with SAP HANA and Fiori development
- Understanding of OOP concepts in ABAP
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
